Getting To Know Your Needs
When starting your building journey we invite you to meet with an experienced Building &
Design Consultant so we can get to know your needs in order to find the perfect floorplan for
your budget, block and lifestyle. A few things to consider!
Budget
Have you met with your bank, financial planner or mortgage broker to establish your budget?
Having this figure in mind will assist with determining where you might wish to spend more
and where you might wish to save. Our team will work closely with you to ensure your dream
floorplan is within budget.
Size
Do you have an established or growing family? Once we have a clear understanding of what
you need, our flexible design approach provides you with the ability to customise any of our
floorplans or design your own. We pride ourselves on designing our clients a home that will
grow and evolve with them into the future. Every space is carefully considered to suit your
family’s needs, providing you with a comfortable and relaxed lifestyle. Do you need a
downstairs guest suite for multigenerational living or older relatives? A prayer room? An office
set-up for working from home? Whatever your requirements, our floorplans will meet and
exceed all expectations.

Hemisphere
Our most popular and iconic home design over the past few years would have to be our ‘Hemisphere’. A sophisticated and contemporary double-storey home design, it makes everyday living feel grand. Its open-plan kitchen dining and lounge area embraces the seamless transition of indoor/outdoor living. Our ‘Hemisphere’ series is available in a wide range of sizes to suit every block, budget and lifestyle. Featuring functional and flexible living spaces including an upstairs gym, games room and attached granny flat options, there is a ‘Hemisphere’ for every family.
Paris
