Being first time builders, we were entering into a world we knew very little about. To say we were apprehensive is an understatement. Now that we’ve been living in our dream home for over a month, we feel like we should pinch ourselves.

When we think of our build process, we’re so grateful and relieved that we made the right choice! The entire experience was nothing but positive and exciting. We look at our finishes and inclusions compared to neighbours and others in the building industry and understand the benefits of building with a luxury builder.

Fowler managed to exceed all of our highest expectations- not only in the quality of our boutique style build, but also in terms of time frames and customer service. Our site supervisor Scott, delivered our home months earlier than expected, purely through his commitment to the build and experienced efficiency in collaborating trades. He communicated constantly with us throughout the process and managed to go above and beyond at every single stage of the build, because he took such pride in the home he presented us.

We were constantly kept updated and involved with the process and found all associated trades and team members to be equally professional and helpful – from our beautiful Sales consultants Helena and Tayna who held our hand as we entered and understood the contracts.

Abruzzo Ceramics and Brindabella Kitchens, who were so patient with our indecisiveness and helped guide us with selections, even making minor changes along the way without hesitation.

Fowler is big and experienced enough that you know you’re in good hands and have high quality professionals looking after you, but small enough that it maintains that ‘family run’ vibe, where everyone is so down to earth, friendly and genuinely wanting to help.

We feel lucky to have built with them.

We built the Belmont 38 with Fowler and couldn’t be happier with our dream home.

We were handed the keys only last week by our site supervisor Mick Bucciarelli. We were over the moon when we were told Mick would be looking after our build, as we had heard he was one of the best.

Mick worked hard to get our dream home completed, and nothing was ever too much trouble for him. He was always available for us to talk to and is a kind and caring person with a lot of knowledge.

I can’t speak highly enough about our experience with Fowler Homes. This is our fourth build now, and can definitely say the team at Fowler work together to hand over a quality home.

Like any project things don’t always go to plan (especially in this current day and age) but our site supervisor Mick always made sure to keep us informed and did his best to rectify any issues straight away.

Having Mick manage our build from start to finish was reassuring that we were in good hands. Our previous builds felt like you just get tossed around and feel like a just another number.
