$25K to DA Promotion Terms & Conditions A $25,000 reduced Preliminary Payment Fee applies to the construction of single storey home designs only (including House & Land packages) and excludes granny flat designs, double storey designs, duplex designs, custom designs and acreage designs. *Reduced Preliminary Payment Fee Promotion schedule is as follows and is non-refundable; single storey with (detached or attached) granny flat $30,000, double storey $35,000, double storey with (detached or attached) granny flat $40,000, custom homes $45,000, acreage designs $50,000, *Duplex or other Dual Occupancy $55,000 *note: Reduced Preliminary Payment Fee not applicable to Duplexes.
