  • Tender Request Fee
  • Site Inspection by Site Supervisor
  • Contour Survey & Borehole reports
  • Siting complete
  • Hydraulic Assessment undertaken
  • Tender Prepared
  • Tender Presented by professional ‘in-house’ Tender Presenter
  • Tender Accepted by client

Preparation of Plans & Acceptance

  • Preparation of Preliminary plans
  • Presentation of Plans & Pre-Construction Service Agreement
  • Acceptance of Plans & Pre-Construction Service Agreement including balance of monies payable
  • Certifier/Council forms prepared and signed

Pre-Construction Administration

*Subject to Council & Statutory Approval

  • Fowler Select Appointments
  • Documentation for Certifier/Council lodgement ordered
  • Certifier/Council submission & approval
  • Assessment of Certifier/Council Conditions
  • Confirm BASIX, engineering plans, landscaping plan, hydraulics
  • Sign Building Contract & pay balance of 5% deposit
  • Attain a Construction Certificate
  • Client to provide Proof of Funds
