$65K Grant Promotion
Conditions & State Government eligibility criteria applies. HOUSE & LAND PACKAGES

 

Non-Exclusive House and Land Package
Land is not exclusive to Fowler Homes and may be sold by the Developer. Unless noted otherwise, package site costs exclude, but not limited to: rock/shale/sand excavation, import of fill, export of spoil, dropped edge beams, H Class slab classification, saline soils, hydraulic stormwater management plan and works, acoustic/bushfire/flood report and requirements, building adjacent or over sewers, traffic control, landscaping, retaining walls, steps, landings and additional BASIX requirements. Packages are subject to land availability, land registration, confirmation of land size, statutory requirements and developer requirements. Facade finishes are in face brick from nominated brick range, standard profile windows and roof coverings relevant to the specific facade design. Some facades include portions of texture coat paint finish and/or cladding. Refer to consultant for detailed façade inclusions, dimensions, specifications house inclusions and land contract. Exclusive House and Land Package
Land is exclusive to Fowler Homes. Unless noted otherwise, Exclusive House and Land Packages exclude landscaping and retaining walls.
