Taking our award-winning ‘Moroccan’ design, the clients worked closely with our Drafting team to create a custom double-storey home that would work with their growing young family.
The rear of the home features an impressive open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area with an entertainment wing to the rear.
The double height void above the entertainment wing creates a sense of space and luxury.
As the clients love to entertain, the frameless glass stacker doors can be opened to create a seamless connection between the indoor and outdoor living spaces.
The project from construction commencement to handover took approximately 10 months to complete.

We recently visited our clients at home to talk to them about their building experience.
Working closely with our Drafting team, the clients were able to customise our ‘Oakdale’ design to maximise use of their block and suit their family’s lifestyle.
The heart of the home includes a kitchen, dining and lounge with an ambient stone fireplace. The glass doors open to reveal a grand outdoor retreat, creating an incredible space for entertaining which was high on our clients list of priorities.
The project from construction commencement to handover took approximately 11 months to complete.

CUSTOM HOME BY FOWLER HOMES
Our clients instantly fell in love with the high ceilings and voids in our ‘Moroccan’ 42 design. Our ‘Moroccan’ was reconceptualised to become an incredible single-storey home with a double-storey loft that ticked all their boxes. The clients wanted a home that would bring the family together.
The loft overlooks the central void which sits above the open-plan living, dining and kitchen area to the rear of the home. With ceilings over 5m high, there is a sense of space and grandeur.
The cantilevered staircase was also designed to make a statement. Each tread was individually recessed into the wall to achieve a minimalist look. The different use of materials from the timber in the kitchen to the stone fireplace, creates a unique ambience.
As a ‘Smart Home’ the clients can control their lights, air-con, sound system, alarm and garage door via their mobile phone. This extends to include the installation of ‘invisible speakers’ behind the gyprock.
The project from construction commencement to handover took approximately 16 months to complete.
NOTE: Our award-winning ‘Moroccan’ design has since been revamped and updated to become our award-winning ‘Brooklyn’.
Our ‘Brooklyn’ 37 is on display at HomeWorld Box Hill from 10am to 5pm daily.
