OUR ‘CARLTON’ PROJECT IS A REMARKABLE KNOCKDOWN AND REBUILD, DESIGNED TO MAXIMIZE THE POTENTIAL OF A GENEROUS BLOCK WHILE DELIVERING A CONTEMPORARY, FUNCTIONAL AND STYLISH FAMILY HOME.
Inspired by our ‘Havana’ display home, the clients sought a design that would balance spaciousness with warmth, providing ample space to entertain, relax, and grow as a young family.
The primary objective was to tailor the Havana floorplan to their unique lifestyle while incorporating striking architectural features that elevate the home’s aesthetic and practicality.
It boasts expansive living spaces, a thoughtfully designed alfresco area, and an open-plan layout that promotes connectivity throughout the home.
What sets our ‘Carlton Project’ apart is its meticulous attention to detail and the integration of high-end architectural and design elements.
Standout features include double-height voids above the central living area and staircase, accentuated by strategically placed skylights to enhance light and openness.
The striking master suite has a window overlooking the void, offering a unique interplay between private and shared spaces.
