FROM THE VERY BEGINNING, MIKE AND LUISA DREAMED OF CREATING A HOME THAT WOULD BE MORE THAN JUST A PLACE TO LIVE, THEY WANTED A SPACE THAT REFLECTED THEIR FAMILY’S LIFESTYLE, VALUES, AND FUTURE MEMORIES.

Partnering with Fowler Homes for their knockdown rebuild journey, they selected our popular Hemisphere design with the eye-catching Rialto façade. It was the perfect fit, soaring high ceilings that brought a sense of grandeur, open-plan living areas ideal for family gatherings, and streams of natural light that made every room feel warm and inviting.

But beyond the essentials, this home carried one very special and deeply personal request, a statement staircase. More than an architectural feature, it was built with a moment in mind: the day their daughter would gracefully walk down those steps on her wedding day. In December 2024, that vision came to life, as their daughter had her unforgettable staircase moment surrounded by loved ones.

This project is a true reflection of what we believe at Fowler Homes, that a home should not only be beautifully designed and functional but also hold the stories and milestones that make it uniquely yours.
