Custom Home – Box Hill Project

Our Drafting team worked closely with our clients to design a custom double-storey home that
would work with their growing young family in the Box Hill community.

Taking our award-winning ‘Moroccan’ floorplan (now our ‘Brooklyn’) and adjusting certain
elements to suit their lifestyle, the rear of the home features an impressive open-plan kitchen,
dining and lounge area with an impressive entertainment wing and double-height void. This
creates a sense of space and luxury.

As the clients love to entertain, the frameless glass stacker doors were incorporated into the
design to create a seamless connection between the indoor and outdoor living spaces.

The project from construction commencement to handover took approximately 10 months to
complete.
