We believe that every home we build is a unique journey, so through every stage we will partner with you from the moment you get in touch with us, to the day we handover your keys. Our aim is to ensure you enjoy the journey of building your dream home as much as we do!

To help you understand the process, we have outlined the different steps involved in bringing your new home to life.

Home Buying Stage


The very beginning of the “building your dream home” journey.

During this phase you will work alongside one of our reputable Building & Design Consultants in choosing a home design and turning your dream home into a reality.

This stage will also see us undertake preliminary site reporting such as soil testing, land contours & land levels.

As award-winning builders, we’re dedicated to ensuring from the outset you’re aware of everything involved in having your home built from start to finish.

Pre-Construction Stage


Following the exciting news that you have decided to build your new Fowler home, you then enter the Pre-Construction stage.

This is when you will start to picture the design of your ideal home a little better. Simply put, it involves undertaking surveying / planning approvals, working drawings and Colours & Selections.

You will work closely with an allocated Customer Service Administrator (CSA)
who will walk you through the various

Construction Stage

The Construction stage is the final step of the Fowler BuildRight process for your home. As the name suggests, it is where we actually begin the physical construction of your home in line with all your design, variations and Colours Selections requirements.

At the end of the process we handover the keys to your brand new home.
